BM Sports Top Protein Choices
With so many types of protein out there in the market, how do you know which one to choose? This is a question that confuses athletes all the time. We are going to talk about regular protein as a supplement and share with you our favorites and the ones we regularly recommend. There are quite a few to choose from but below are our top choices.

This is one of my favorite brands of protein from their regular whey protein to their mass gainers and everything in between. 2 – Optimum Nutrition (ON) –
This brand has been around for years and did all the quality testing for their products in house to ensure that everything that is on the label is what is in the product.
One of my favorites through this company is the Purely Inspired Organic Protein in chocolate (because chocolate is the best). It has a great taste and is plant-based (pea & brown rice), non-GMO, Gluten Free and vegan-friendly. This is for all my people who are allergic to a traditional protein or who just prefer the vegan route.

3 – Naked Whey Protein –
This Brand uses completely organic ingredients in all of its protein powders. Which range from grass-fed whey to pea protein to organic brown rice and believe it or not it does have a great taste. They do not use additives in their products, so your body gets more of what they need.
This company and its products seem to be very transparent with what is in their products.
