How do you incorporate a HIIT workout with weights?  One of my favorite workouts goes like this…

 4 Rounds as fast as possible with good form

15 reps Leg Press

30 calf raises on leg press

15 High knee tucks

60-second sprint

 

4 Rounds as fast as possible with good form

15 Reps Back squat

30 Reps weighted walking lunge

15- 4 count-Burpees

60-second jump rope

 

Try it!  Kill it!  Repeat!
