Do you want a rock-hard body? A body that can run faster, jump higher, hit harder and lift more than the person next to you? Today we are going to go over how to get there.
There is a common misconception that you can get the rock-hard body in 20 minutes a day. That is complete bull! If someone tells you that you can they are lying! This new age way of thinking; the quick fix, the easy way out, has gotten our country in the state we are in, the most obese country in the world.
When you see a person with rock hard abs, huge arms or amazing legs, they work HARD for that. It doesn’t just take 20 minutes a day three times a week. For anyone to minimize it just to sell a product or service totally takes away from the people who put in the time and effort to get chiseled. There is nothing that replaces hard work for better results. For that matter, I don’t believe in over training! We must learn how to push our minds past any limits that are previously set. There is no way you will become the best at anything by giving an effort that is mediocre.
Each time you train, whether its lifting weights, conditioning, or any type of training you must push yourself hard and push till the end. Write your workouts before you go to the gym to avoid stopping before you should. If you write down 50 reps DO NOT stop at 25, 30 or even 45, you STOP at 50 and maybe 51. If you want to be the best you must push yourself till you have nothing left, thats when it is time to leave. Leave your workout knowing that you have given it everything you got, then go back and do it all over again. The competition is between you and yourself, not you and someone else. These are just a few things that you should live by if you want to be successful in anything in life. Become a better you. Be obsessed!
